It’s simple, systematic and seems to remove a lot of the pain involved in shopping for dinnerware. ![]() ![]() “Toronto’s Queen West shopping district is just incredible, and we felt incredibly lucky to get a place there,” says Parenteau.įable’s founders come from the tech industry, which isn’t surprising when you look at the buying experience they created for their online audience. They chose Toronto’s Queen Street West neighbourhood for their second location. Vancouver’s Gastown neighbourhood was selected for a Fable store location because Parenteau used to work there and says he loves shopping in the area, especially during the holidays. This desire to touch and feel Fable homewares inspired the company to open two storefront locations in Vancouver and Toronto, where its most significant customer bases are.
